We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We may retain the last four digits of your card number and the card expiration date for identification and billing support purposes.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:
- Login dates and times
- Features accessed and actions taken
- Device type, operating system, and browser information
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Referring website or source
- Session duration and page views
2.4 Customer Data
As a CRM platform, MyPilotCRM stores data that you and your team upload, create, or manage within the Service, including your contacts, communication history, pipeline data, appointment records, notes, and files ("Customer Data"). You are the data controller for Customer Data. We process it solely on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service: operate, maintain, and improve the MyPilotCRM platform
- Process payments: bill your subscription, process setup fees, and manage your account
- Communicate with you: send service-related notifications, account updates, security alerts, and support responses

- Improve the Service: analyze usage patterns to improve features, performance, and user experience
- Ensure security: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

- Active accounts: We retain your account data and Customer Data for as long as your account is active.
- After cancellation: Your data is available for export for 30 days after account deactivation. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Billing records: We retain billing and payment records for 7 years to comply with tax and legal requirements.
- Usage logs: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

6. Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

8. SMS/Text Messaging
8.1 SMS Opt-In
By providing your phone number through our website forms, booking calendars, or by calling our business number, and consenting to receive messages, you agree to receive SMS text messages from MyPilotCRM (Elite Marketing Group LLC). These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Missed call follow-up messages
- Onboarding and account updates
- Review requests after completed services
- Lead follow-up and service-related communications
8.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our Service. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on appointments, follow-ups, and service activity.
8.3 Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

8.5 Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MyPilotCRM is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
8.6 No Sharing of Opt-In Data
We will never sell, rent, or share your opt-in information (including your phone number and consent status) with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your SMS consent data is used solely by MyPilotCRM to send you the messages described above.
8.7 Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Cookies & Tracking
9.1 Cookies We Use
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. These cookies collect aggregated, anonymous usage data.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings within the Service.
9.2 Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not participate in advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.

The Service is operated from and data is processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on your consent and the necessity of processing for the performance of our contract with you as legal bases for data transfer.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
